CRAON RACECOURSE |

The Hippodrome de la Touche is a racecourse situated in the North West of France at Craon. It is close to the river Oudon and held its inaugural meeting in 1848. The track has a circumference of 1281 metres with a run-in of 300 metres. |

The course hosts 3 Listed races annually, all in September. The Grand Prix de la Ville de Craon-Meyenne is run over 2400 metres for 3 year olds and upwards. The Criterium de l'Ouest is run over 1650 metres for 2 year olds. In 2013 Salai beat Stellar Path and Mi Vida, whilst in 2012 Alterite beat Oasis Cannes and Cassiopee. |

The Prix du Point du Jour is contested over 1650 metres for 3 year olds and upwards. |
